Chalfant was an experienced critical care Registered Nurse in Florida and Washington before pursuing her law degree. After law school, Chalfant continued to practice nursing at one of Seattle's largest hospitals while building her law practice. Since graduating from law school in 1991, she has specialized in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. She has focused her litigation career on cases involving medical negligence and serious personal injuries.
She keeps her nursing license current, and her many years of experience in the medical field makes her especially knowledgeable in cases involving medical negligence and serious injuries.
