Evans & Dixon enhances client service and reduces document turnaround times with BigHand's voice productivity software.

The implementation follows an independent, market-wide search by Sextant Technology Partners, Evans & Dixon's long-time IT partner, for digital dictation software that would operate over a Citrix infrastructure. The challenges presented by thin client technology via Citrix or Windows Terminal Services in handling sound files has prevented many law firms from moving off old tape systems over to digital dictation workflow software.
